Getting Closer

Here's as far as I am on my Hempton tank top. (Sideways, because Blogger has this obnoxious habit of rotating my pictures)

I've named the pattern Anna, after a friend from when I was younger. I love this yarn. The texture is great, it knits up easily, and it smells good too.

And my new shoes, bought from Bluefly just because I liked them--but it didn't hurt that they were a ridiculously good deal. They turned out to be really comfortable.
